Website Orders – Special Order Policy
Please note:
All online orders placed through our website are considered special orders and are non-refundable. These items are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the order has been placed.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details, measurements, and specifications before completing their online purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, our Customer Care team is here to assist you.
In-Store Purchases – Returns & Exchanges
For eligible in-store purchases, we offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Final Sales products are not refundable • Item must be in new, unused condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Customer must provide proof of purchase
• A 15% restocking fee may apply
Non-returnable items include:
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Assembled or used furniture
• Mattresses and opened bedding
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items not returned in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Contact us at eagle_furniture@hotmail.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue
• We will review the claim and arrange for repair, replacement, or credit, as appropriate
