1. General Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Eagle Furniture include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods may vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the specific product listing or packaging for exact warranty details.


The warranty typically covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship

Faults occurring under normal residential use.


2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Stains, discolouration, or fabric damage due to improper cleaning

Note: Mattresses and custom-made furniture items are non-refundable, but may be repaired or replaced if found defective upon delivery.

3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your receipt or order number.

3. Inspection: We may request photos or inspect the item in person. If the issue is covered, we’ll proceed with a repair or replacement.

4. Mattress Warranty

Most mattresses sold by Eagle Furniture include a 10 to 12-year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.

Covered:

Indentations greater than 1.5 inches (not caused by improper support)

Manufacturing defects in the mattress or foundation

Not Covered:

Normal softening or changes in comfort over time

Damage from improper foundation, frame, or adjustable base use

5. Repair and Replacement

If your issue is covered under warranty, we will:

Repair the item at no cost, or

Replace it with the same or a similar item of equal value

If the product is no longer available, a comparable alternative or store credit may be offered.

6. Extended Warranties

Some items may qualify for extended warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer. Please inquire at the time of purchase for eligibility and options.

7. Customer Responsibility

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with their furniture. Improper care may void the warranty.

8. Furniture Care Tips

Use appropriate cleaning methods for different materials (e.g., leather, fabric, wood)

Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity areas

Rotate and flip mattresses regularly for even wear
